We are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our GBS team, primarily supporting recruitment for both Coimbra and Lisbon.
Responsibilities - your mission
Delivering the complete end-to-end recruitment and selection process including sourcing, screening, pre-qualification, interviewing and final candidate selection.
Design of and delivering innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business needs generate a talent pipeline using a variety of channels, social media, data mining, and x-ray searching.
Providing consultative services on industry and market trends to the business.
Conducting competency-based interviews with candidates at final interview and provide hiring recommendations to the business.
Attending career events and other Employer Branding events.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
As the successful candidate you must be able to demonstrate the following experience and skills:
At least 3 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably in multinational complex environments;
Well developed sourcing approaches using professional networks, social media, job boards and other channels.
Experience/knowledge of corporate recruitment in Procurement, Engineering, IT, Finance, and related areas.
Experience in managing high volume recruitment with established deadlines.
Demonstrated stakeholder management ability to consult, influence, and partner with colleagues and senior leaders.
Customer focused who can deliver a world-class service to the hiring community and positively influence the candidate experience.
Continuous improvement mindset and data driven.
Fluency in English is a must, other European language(s) is considered a plus.
