Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to support our Finance and Business Development teams. This role offers hands-on experience working with data, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry, maintenance, and validation across systems, including Salesforce
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly reports related to pipeline activity, bookings, and key business development metrics
- Pull, organize, and analyze Salesforce data to support reporting, analytics, and commercial tracking efforts
- Provide support on ad hoc projects, including data analysis, PowerPoint presentations, and process improvement initiatives
- Partner closely with Finance, Business Development, and Operations teams to fulfill reporting needs and ensure data accuracy
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
