About this Position Lead business planning of retail/ professional business unit. Facilitate S OP cycle, closely co-working commercial teams and coordinate with supply chain to deliver business and function goals. What you´ll do Align total business target with commercial team, develop and maintain statistical forecast models for all business channels incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from Sales, Marketing, Trade-marketing and Controlling with both top-down and bottom-up dimensions. Maintain and co-ordinate rolling 6-12 months demand forecast with potential urgent demand and NPI/Promotion projects between business and supply planning. Facilitate S OP meeting and demand alignment meeting, to pre-align forecast based on the risks and opportunities input from business. Review bias and slow moving to take actions, adjust the demand and statistical model improvement where it is necessary. Co-coordinate cross functional research activities to reconcile significant/foreseeing variances and refine the forecast to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
