Partner with the Meetings and Events Manager and Sales Training Manager to ensure marketing collateral remains current, accurate, and aligned with salesforce needs (incorporating marketing materials, messaging all aligned with product and clinical education)
Develop and execute marketing plans for new product introductions, key campaigns, and promotional initiatives
Coordinate product promotion and positioning, including journal advertising placements and supporting materials
Plan and organize annual and quarterly marketing campaigns with oversight and strategic input from Director of Marketing and Training and Vice President/Head of Marketing
Align United States marketing efforts with global Heraeus Medical marketing teams to ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and strategy
Support, lead, and train marketing team members as applicable, ensuring compliance with HR requirements and ongoing professional development
Evaluate current marketing campaigns using SWOT analysis and develop actionable recommendations within approved budget parameters
