Act as the primary liaison between legal, procurement and distribution business functions to gather and document business requirements, ensuring no impacts to each other services.
Analyse and map current contract lifecycle processes across departments and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure integrated product solutions meet business needs and compliance standards.
Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of primarily contract management tools, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational requirements.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs to validate requirements and drive consensus.
Develop and maintain functional and technical specifications, process flows, and user stories to support system implementation and enhancements.
Assist in change management activities including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor system performance and user adoption post-implementation, recommending improvements where necessary.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the contract management ecosystem.
Carry out other duties as assigned.
