Ensure that packing lists (BP, Commercial Invoice, Loading Sheet, Road Manifest) are prepared in accordance with valid export licenses and commencement requests and that they are verified before being submitted to customs agencies.
Ensure that there are no overages in the utilization of export licenses and commencement requests.
Ensure that the tonnage values for exports match those recorded in the OCC and DGDA systems.
Ensure that the customs values listed on the invoices from customs agencies are correct.
Ensure that the declaration documents provided by customs agencies are correct and will not lead to disputes after the trucks have been dispatched.
Ensure that trucks transporting exported shipments leave the country via the border indicated on the declaration documents.
Ensure that we do not violate environmental tax regulations in the management of our products on-site.
