- Understanding targeted customers and banking product/services in order to make the right offering and select the right channel for customers.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, segmentations, and opportunities for targeted marketing and personalized service offerings.Initiating, managing and ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and achieve the objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, IT, risk) to design and implement effective CRM campaigns and initiative.
- Conclude marketing campaign reports to measure campaign performance and provide executive summary/recommendations to product managers.
- Continuously improve customer journey by integrating customer feedback, monitoring drop-off, and identifying areas for service enhancements.
