Principal Duties As a Groundskeeper I you will: Mow, rake, water, and fertilize lawns. Plant, transplant, water, fertilize, and trim flowers and shrubs. Assist with general maintenance of sprinkler systems. Assist with preventative maintenance of lawnmowers, snow blowers, and other small grounds-keeping equipment. Lead other groundskeepers in functional supervisory roles. Remove snow. The work requires considerable and strenuous physical exertion, such as digging, shoveling, planting, trimming, climbing, lifting heavy objects, crouching, or crawling. You must be at least 16 years of age or older to apply for this position.
