Key responsibilities and day to day responsibilities of this position: Evaluate patient needs and capacities in collaboration with Occupational therapist. Plan and facilitate group and individual treatment to improve life, social, and coping skills performance. Effectively document and communicate patient progress and response to treatment. Work closely with a multidisciplinary care team of psychiatrists, medical doctors, nurses, and social workers to ensure optimal patient care. On the job training for all experience levels. A variety of treatment and assessment opportunities.
