Occupational Therapist - Utah State Hospital

Key responsibilities and day to day responsibilities of this position: Evaluate patient needs and administer therapy to preserve and improve abilities for independent function, such as behavioral management skills, social skills, and activities of daily living, with intermittent focus on range of motion, strength, activity tolerance, coordination and mobility. Effectively document and communicate patient progress and response to treatment. Work closely with a multidisciplinary care team of psychiatrists, medical doctors, nurses, social workers, and others to ensure optimal patient care.
