Job Description
Accountable for providing project procurement expertise and contributing to investment projects.
Execution of significant (tailored) spot-buys for investment projects in R2P process including all purchasing categories, like Major equipment, systems, services and construction contracts according to business needs, Procurement targets, plans, procedures, guidelines and processes.
Optimize Neste advantages, minimize costs and commercial risk, and deliver savings.
If executing all purchasing categories in project, then defining the basis of procurement in projects: plan, schedule and follow up.
Executing on R2P process ensure system data accuracy by updating agreed systems on time
Responsible of making contracts and ensure of contract implementation to project team and suppliers
Supplier evaluation, updating supplier data, feedback to suppliers and procurement organization
Escalate project challenges, handle claims together with Project Manager
Participating in development projects
Co-operate in Procurement and stakeholders with related purchasings
Overall responsibility for the purchases throughout the entire process until successful completion.
