Job Description
Continuous development of production processes in mid and long-term to ensure safety, high operational availability, productivity, utilization, efficiency and flexibility.
Responsible for the Basis of Design (BOD) and Unit Specific Tolerances (UST) defining the operating limits for the units in the area of responsibility.
Conduct test runs, identify bottlenecks, develop solutions and manage capital investments in the early phases of the project lifecycle.
Support operations in troubleshooting major process challenges and investigating high risk non-conformances.
Improve process safety by facilitating risk assessments, managing actions development and implementation.
Site wide competence management and development for the technologies in the area of responsibility.As Singapore refinery representative in the global technology team. Sharing and execution of best practices and common initiatives from Rotterdam and Porvoo refineries. Support process technology evaluation and development.
