You’re selling:
- Linde material handling equipment
- Automation / AGVs
- Full-fleet optimization strategies
This is not transactional sales.
🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Prospect daily (15–20 touches) across your territory
- Walk into facilities and identify opportunities others miss
- Analyze customer fleets and present ROI-driven upgrade strategies
- Sell into Operations Managers, Directors, and Executives
- Manage long-cycle capital deals through CRM (Salesforce)

- Competitive base salary ~$45,000
- Uncapped commission (no ceiling Parts + Service + CSA)
- Quarterly + Performance bonus structure

🧲 YOU’RE A FIT IF:
- You have 3–5+ years in B2B outside sales (capital/industrial preferred)
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent successful track record in industrial sales.
- You’re comfortable with cold outreach + walking into operations environments
- You can turn technical conversations into business decisions
- You have a valid driver’s license & the ability to safely operate lift trucks for demos.
- You want control over your income and your results
- You care more about winning than being comfortable
