
Operations Analyst (Seasonal) |PB Cash Management & Account Searvices
Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Is responsible for the operational tasks associated with customers. The Analyst will ensure that all requests are processed in a timely manner; and provide a high level of service to both internal and external clients, as well as team members.
• Receive and review customer agreements.
• Process customer set-up requests.
• Create customer files documenting customer service agreements, initial account set-up, subsequent maintenance, billing, and service claims.
• Provide technical assistance to Cash Mgmt. Sales staff in the Region as well as external customers.
• Track customer inquiries and claims and submit statistics to the management.
• Refer any customized product requests to product management team.
• Keep all team members aware of any relevant situation regarding their customers.
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and controls related to BSA and transferring funds.
• Adhere to established projects as assigned.
• Handle customer service calls directly as required.
• Assist with the training of new staff members
