Lead end-to-end business analysis activities including scoping, planning, requirements gathering and process documentation across waterfall, hybrid and agile delivery environments.
Work extensively on Membership and subscription-related initiatives, supporting regulatory, operational, digital and product transformation projects.
Support data analysis and marketing journeys by considering and commercial modelling insights and the impact on serviceability, eligibility and personalisation of communication.
Conduct detailed stakeholder and impact analysis across processes, people, technology and ways of working.
Map and design business processes, delivering clear current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) models.
Facilitate workshops to elicit business and Technology (including Digital) requirements and translate them into refined, actionable outputs.
Define business metrics, acceptance criteria and success measures to guide solution delivery.
Produce high-quality documentation including business requirements, epics, user stories, integration specifications and dependency mapping.
Develop user-facing artefacts such as work instructions, guides and training materials.
Support transition to BAU, preparing handover documentation and ensuring smooth operational readiness.
