Lead and mentor engineers, fostering capability uplift, engagement and a strong team culture
Act as a key escalation point for complex technical issues and delivery risks
Partner closely with Product, Architecture, Cyber Security, Sales and Commercial teams to translate business and customer needs into robust technical solutions
Play a pivotal role in pre‑sales engagement, providing technical input, solution design and credibility with large automotive OEM customers
Influence and contribute to the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy, scalability and security requirements
Champion continuous improvement, modern DevOps practices, automation and the effective use of AI tools to drive productivity
Collaborate closely with the Development Manager to support delivery planning and prioritisation and assist with people‑focused activities as required.
