Deliver a full range of professional day spa treatments, including facials, skin & body treatments, water therapy, remedial, relaxation & pregnancy massage, manicures and pedicures, consistently meeting RACV service, presentation and timing standards
Act as a senior point of escalation, resolving service issues with discretion, professionalism and a solutions‑focused approach
Create exceptional, personalised experiences by anticipating member and guest needs, building strong rapport and encouraging repeat business
Achieve individual performance targets while actively contributing to team KPIs, attendance growth and revenue generation
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture to support operational efficiency
Champion health, safety and wellbeing by promoting safe work practices
