Job Description
Availability & flexibility to work 3+ shifts per week on a rotating roster. Shift times range between 5am - midnight/2am, including weekdays, evenings, weekends & public holidays. Tues - Thur availability is desirable
Previous food & beverage experience in a 4-5 star hotel/resort or similar customer service environment
RSA Certificate, essential
Barista - coffee making skills & experience
Bar - beverage knowledge & experience pouring wine, beer & mixing drinks
POS experience
Work well in a team environment & can follow direction
Passion for the hospitality industry & a desire to deliver 5 star customer service
Excellent personal presentation
