Job Description
Recognised culinary training such as Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment, with a la carte experience ideal
A genuine passion for cuisine with a strong focus on food quality and presentation
Solid foundation in food preparation, basic cooking techniques, and mise en place
Ability to work well under direction while maintaining consistency and standards
Strong awareness of food safety, hygiene, and correct kitchen practices
Flexible availability to work across a seven day roster including weekends and peak holiday periods
