Recognised qualification in hospitality or food & beverage, desirable
RSA Certificate
Hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Qld WWCC Blue Card
Passion for C&E, service excellence and knowledge of industry trends
In depth knowledge of wines, beverages and food and beverage service in a la carte, banquet & buffet procedures
Experience in staff management practices including recruitment, rewarding, training, appraising, counselling and development
Understanding of labour and beverage cost control
Experience in POS & MS Office applications
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
Decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Excellent grooming and personal presentation
