Job Description
The Retention Specialist will be responsible for managing SMS and Email campaigns tailored to both active and dormant users, ensuring timely and relevant communication. Crafts compelling email campaigns designed to engage with different segments of the audience. Creates and sends out push notifications to users, tailored to deliver targeted messages. The Retention Specialist will also update content on client-facing websites using back-office tools. The Retention Specialist will also be responsible for reporting and analysis of campaign performance as well as retention strategy for customer engagement.
