Job Description
Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across a broad range of roles to support K2 project and operational requirements.
Partner with site managers, project directors and HR to forecast workforce needs and prioritise recruitment activity across multiple sites.
Manage job requisitions, advertising, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers and onboarding through SAP SuccessFactors.
Proactively source and build talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill and high‑volume roles using direct sourcing, LinkedIn, SEEK, referrals and external partners.
Screen and interview candidates to assess technical capability, cultural fit and site or project readiness.
Coordinate recruitment activity to support timely mobilisation and demobilisation in line with project schedules.
