Role overview: The Solutions Lead position is responsible for developing sophisticated digital resourcing products and solutions to enhance customer value and support the organisation's Growth Strategy. This role requires the ability to customise recommendations according to client requirements, facilitate informed decision-making through collaborative methods, and demonstrate proficiency in the field of Resourcing Technology. A strong commitment to guiding the development of the Digital Resourcing roadmap within TBS is essential. The ideal candidate will actively influence the Digital Resourcing roadmap for TBS, advancing efficiency, fairness, and cost-effectiveness for customers, and possess comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process. The responsibilities of this role include managing customer relationships, collaborating closely with the Sales team, Solutions Architect, and Head of Resourcing Innovation, and expanding networks within the Sopra Steria Group—particularly in Technology, AI, and Development. Responsibility for the quality and profitability of project deliverables, assuring added value to our customers. Working closely with our technical teams to shape out digital resourcing project portfolio. Engage with and apply appropriate governance, management methodologies, processes and procedures for the end-to-end project tasks they deliver or supervise. Identify appropriate resources, with the right expertise for project delivery. Subject MatterExpertise Identify opportunities for growth with new or existing customers. Directly or indirectly contribute to growth activity (qualification of opportunities and designing of consulting solutions) Ability to identify the needs of customers and propose suitable solutions. Lead in the development of customer proposals engaging with all relevant partners. Identify, prepare and negotiate additional work requests in keeping with the growth plan. Influence the customer's direction with appropriate challenge and proposition. Work in partnership with the customer to take ownership of the proposed solutions and coordinate senior customer engagement. Adhere to and promote the UK and Group's principles on quality and security. Shape solutions to meet the needs of the customers by utilising appropriate skills and methods of delivery. Actively research innovative ideas in the marketplace to make sure the business continuously improves potential propositions. Leading Managing Oversea the build and delivery aspects of a client projects to ensure timely delivery and quality to customers. Coordinate tasks for a solution, lead project team(s) an ensuring profitability and efficiency. Essential skills and experience Knowledge experience Have personal areas of expertise of working within a large-scale Talent Acquisition environment, ideally within Outsourcing. Project Management background, with a strong understanding of Resourcing Technology and a track record of supporting Technology implementation. Experience working on diverse projects, demonstrating the ability to handle complex tasks, lead teams, and deliver impactful results. Demonstrated leadership experience including mentoring junior consultants, and leading project initiatives. A track record of effectively analysing complex problems, developing innovative solutions, and overseeing their implementation. A history of adapting to different industries, client cultures, and project scopes, showcasing versatility and flexibility. Experience in delivering presentations of business and technical solutions to clients in formal presentations, question and answer sessions. Experience of developing service propositions and taking these to market.
