We’re looking for an experienced Continuous Delivery and Atlassian Specialist to help transform the way we work.

What You’ll Do
Specialise in the Atlassian suite of tools, including Jira, Confluence and add‑on configurations, with an excellent understanding of the broader Atlassian CD tool ecosystem.
Configure Atlassian tools to support both global and local configurations, enhancing business processes and ensuring the overall health and scalability of the Atlassian ecosystem.Identify and contribute to system maintenance requirements to ensure exemplary, reliable and well‑governed Atlassian tools are maintained.
Configuration of CD tools to support global and local configurations for enhanced business process and the health of the CD tools.
Ability to consult with the IAG community to gather complex business process requirements, interpret them into an agile methodology, and design and deliver solutions within CD tool capabilities that enhance and digitise work practices.
Ability to design, build and support custom solutions that complement CD tools to meet business needs.
Managing and resolving customer support requests such as functionality usage, configuration changes, troubleshooting, and identifying larger pieces of work to be planned for sprint.
This is a permanent role and offers a flexible hybrid work model based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne).
What You'll Bring
Technical administration and configuration experience in Jira, Confluence, Atlassian add‑ons and other CD tool suites.
Consulting experience delivering CD tool solutions in large, complex environments.
Experience in delivering ongoing high levels of customer service.
Experience creating and delivering training programs across varying levels of CD tool understanding (Beginner to Advanced).
Ability to design and build custom solutions to achieve business outcomes not delivered by “out of the box” solutions, using programming or scripting capabilities.
Experience working in Agile methodology environments.
Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement.
Relevant industry or specialist qualifications.
