As part of IAG’s Elevated Support team, you’ll deliver high‑touch, premium IT support to the IAG New Zealand Board of Directors and NZ Leadership Team, with additional support for Australian Board and senior leaders when visiting New Zealand.

This is a highly visible role requiring discretion, professionalism, and responsiveness. You’ll ensure technology enables executive productivity seamlessly, proactively anticipating needs and resolving issues with speed and care.

 This is a permanent full-time role based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland).

 

Ngā Mahi Hei Whakatutuki Māu | What You'll Do

  • Deliver personalised, executive‑level IT support to Board members and senior leaders, both onsite and remotely
  • Prepare and support high‑priority executive and Board meetings, including technology setup and coordination with AV teams
  • Resolve incidents, service requests, and changes quickly and discreetly, exceeding agreed service levels
  • Perform hardware and software installations, upgrades, and replacements as required
  • Contribute expertise, insights, and continuous‑improvement initiatives to support broader Technology and business priorities

 

Ōu Pūkenga me ōu Wheako | What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in desktop, onsite, service desk, or IT executive support roles
  • Strong experience supporting senior executives with a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Solid technical knowledge across Windows, macOS, O365, Active Directory, Entra, Azure, Teams, AV and collaboration tools
  • Excellent customer service, presentation, and communication skills, with the maturity to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
