About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst, Joint Venture Accounting. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Joint Venture Accounting (various Upstream BUs)
Booking of accruals, overhead charges, and misc. expenses
Analysis, determination and recording in JDE of share of JV Cost
Preparation/analysis of JV billing statements
Submit payment request & coordinate with treasury
Preparation and booking of partner cash call requests/payments
AFE Analysis and Maintenance
Accounts Reconciliation
Performs accounts reconciliation of related accounts
Perform Trace & Escalation procedure for reconciling items
General Administrative Tasks
Maintain updated process documentation
Performs roles and responsibilities for assigned coordination role
Attend meetings
Participate in professional development activities (e.g. training, reading professional materials,
attending seminars, participating in self study courses, interacting with industry counter parts,
etc.).
Participate in special projects.
Provide assistance and discussions with colleagues or direct reports.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Uses clear and concise oral / written communication skills - develops and utilizes network,
facilitates and coordinates communications with various contacts and takes a consultative
position to fulfill control duties
Able to gather and interpret diverse source documents to ensure proper accounting of more
complex transactions
Strong analytical skills - uses awareness of expected results in the preparation and review of
entries, statements, or reports; identifies, analyzes, and resolves routine variances and
discrepancies
Strong technical knowledge - utilizes advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite of PC application
and tools to be able to efficiently process, manage, and present data; utilizes systems
knowledge to be able to eliminate unnecessary complexities in own desk
Must have the propensity to work in a proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused
environment
Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds
