The Learning Delivery Associate is responsible for facilitating engaging and impactful training sessions that support employee development and align with business goals, delivering both virtual and in-person learning while ensuring effective knowledge transfer and measurable performance improvement. The role includes coordinating training programs, adapting delivery based on learner engagement and feedback, evaluating training effectiveness, and collaborating with L&D teams to enhance content and delivery, requiring strong facilitation, communication, and multitasking capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging instructor-led training (virtual and in-person) across onboarding, systems, soft skills, and leadership topics.
- Support end-to-end program deployment, including scheduling, coordination, and learner communications.
- Adapt delivery based on participant engagement, feedback, and performance.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Provide post-training coaching and reinforcement as needed.
- Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and L&D teams to enhance content and delivery.
- Maintain accurate training records in LMS or tracking systems.
- Stay current with learning technologies and adult learning best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with confidence leading small to large groups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Adaptable and comfortable with evolving training needs and priorities
- Amenable to onsite facilitation at PSG SCB and/or PSG Workspaces
