We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to play a key role in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent across the Asia-Pacific region. As a Recruiter, you will leverage your sourcing expertise, market knowledge, and relationship-building skills to attract high-caliber candidates across diverse functions and industries. Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through multiple channels, including JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.
- Conduct market mapping activities and proactively engage passive candidates to build strong talent pipelines.
- Screen and assess candidates against role requirements, evaluating qualifications, experience, and overall suitability.
- Present qualified candidates to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience at every stage.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activity within internal systems.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, candidate availability, talent market trends, and hiring insights.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to support successful hiring outcomes across the APAC region.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search capacity.
- 1–2 years of experience recruiting for the APAC market and other regional hiring initiatives – recruiting for the Malaysian market is a plus.
- Proven experience recruiting for the Malaysia market and supporting broader regional hiring initiatives.
- Background in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), staffing agencies, executive search, or contingent recruitment environments.
- Strong expertise in sourcing candidates through JobStreet and LinkedIn Recruiter, including passive candidate engagement strategies.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and attracting hard-to-find talent through proactive sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and candidate engagement skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience working within a placement-based recruitment model is highly advantageous.
Preferred Experience
- Recruitment experience supporting the life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, CRO, clinical research, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of talent trends, labor markets, and recruitment landscapes across Southeast Asia.
