What You’ll Do
As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to both customers and internal teams.
- Manage the full parts sales process from inquiry to fulfillment
- Deliver friendly, professional communication to customers and team members
- Provide accurate updates on parts availability and order status
- Read and interpret parts catalogs to identify correct components
- Handle incoming calls, provide quotes, and assist with inquiries
- Review body shop estimates for accuracy in parts and pricing
- Pull and fill orders, ensuring inventory accuracy through routine checks
- Proactively address out-of-stock items and source parts when needed
- Ensure all internal parts requests are billed correctly
- Process payments and secure proper authorizations
What You Bring
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret technical information
- Basic math skills (discounts, percentages, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- A positive attitude and a desire to grow your career
