What You’ll Do

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to both customers and internal teams.

  • Manage the full parts sales process from inquiry to fulfillment
  • Deliver friendly, professional communication to customers and team members
  • Provide accurate updates on parts availability and order status
  • Read and interpret parts catalogs to identify correct components
  • Handle incoming calls, provide quotes, and assist with inquiries
  • Review body shop estimates for accuracy in parts and pricing
  • Pull and fill orders, ensuring inventory accuracy through routine checks
  • Proactively address out-of-stock items and source parts when needed
  • Ensure all internal parts requests are billed correctly
  • Process payments and secure proper authorizations

What You Bring

  • Previous automotive parts experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret technical information
  • Basic math skills (discounts, percentages, etc.)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • A positive attitude and a desire to grow your career
