• Champion a strong safety-first and Zero Harm culture
• Ensure correct work management processes to maximise fleet availability
• Provide leadership coverage and day-to-day team direction
• Prioritise breakdown work to achieve departmental KPIs
• Provide in-field technical support to the team
• Support development and mentoring of new team members
• Raise notifications, close work orders and complete time confirmations in SAP
• Collaborate with Operations and Mining to achieve best outcomes
