Kindergarten Instructional Aid 26-27 - Holy Rosary, Seattle

Holy Rosary School, Seattle, is seeking an Instructional Assistant to be shared between the kindergarten classrooms beginning in the 2026-2027 year.

A successful candidate will have experience working with school age children, preferably in a school setting, and preferably is a practicing Catholic. The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be a problem solver, and be adaptable to different teaching styles and different student learning styles. The instructional assistant will assist in classrooms supervising students, leading small groups, assisting the teachers with projects as assigned, and providing recess supervision.

The instructional assistant's work schedule follows the school calendar, approximately 6 hours/day.

Salary: Ranges from $23/hour - $25/hour.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.
