    Position Overview
    Kansas City Hyundai is looking for a driven, team-oriented Finance Manager who wants more than just a job—you want a career path. The right candidate will be motivated, organized, and committed to helping both customers and teammates succeed.

    This role is critical to the success of our store, supporting the sales team, maintaining strong lender relationships, and ensuring deals are handled efficiently and compliantly.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Structure and finalize finance deals while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction
    • Maintain and manage CIT (Contracts in Transit) to ensure timely funding
    • Assist the desk with deal structuring and approvals
    • Take TOs (turnovers) and help close deals when needed
    • Present and sell finance and protection products
    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender guidelines
    • Work closely with the sales team to improve performance and process
    • Deliver a high-level customer experience from start to finish

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience in automotive finance (preferred)
    • Strong work ethic and a team-first mentality
    • Driven individual with a desire to grow within a rapidly expanding company
    • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
    • Positive attitude and willingness to help develop others
    • Strong communication and closing skills

    Qualifications

    • Valid driver’s license
    • Must be able to pass a background check
