Special Education Teacher, Grades 2-5, Extended School Year

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The Milford School District is seeking a Special Education Teacher to provide Extended School Year (ESY) Services to elementary students identified as having intellectual and developmental disabilities.. The Special Teacher prepares lesson plans, delivers specially designed instruction to meet the goals and objectives defined in Individual Education Program and coordinate related services as related to the ESY goals and objectives. Special Education teachers will implement instructional strategies that contribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences. The service delivery model may be remote and/or in person.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
Certified or certifiable by the New Hampshire Department of Education in General Special Education (1900) or Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (1833)
 
SCHEDULE:
July 6, 2026 - July 30, 2026.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 

Up to 15 hours per week.

RATE:
$40 per hour

FSLA Status: Non-Exempt
