Special Education Teacher

 Teach and case manage a small classroom of students requiring direct, appropriate individualized and small group instruction, based on IEP goals and objectives, within a highly supported setting.

There is a strong focus on self-management skill development to prepare students for academic success.

Experience working with students with special education needs is a must for this position. 

A strong background in design and implementation of elementary school curriculum for students with learning differences, as well as experience with organizational skill development is essential to this position. 

• MA State Certification
• Bachelors from an accredited college or university in education discipline applicable to teaching assignment. 
• Masters Degree preferred.

• Successful prior teaching experience for the appropriate grade level or discipline preferred.
