Maintenance Electric Technician

• To perform duties related to the general care and maintenance of buildings and grounds
• Experience required working as a Journeyman in electrical field
• Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs
• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment
• Ability to diagnose and repair malfunctioning electrical systems
• Install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures
• Ensure conformance to building and safety codes
• Place conduit, pipes, or tubing in walls or other concealed areas
• Proficient in computer applications pertinent to position such as Google Mail, FMX Work Orders, or comparable program
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 60 labs. *Ability to work nights, weekends and snow removal when required
• Valid NJ Driver's License Required
• Black Seal Boiler's License Preferred
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Salary: $58,150 (minimum) to $72,050 (maximum) commensurate with experience
