Position Summary
The Clinical Liaison is a key market-facing leader responsible for driving census growth, strengthening community partnerships, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role operates both internally and externally, collaborating with healthcare providers, community organizations, and facility teams. This position will support one or more facilities within a defined local market and may serve as a consultant, coach, mentor, and dotted-line supervisor to Admissions Coordinators.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead community-based census development and market growth initiatives
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, providers, and community partners
- Manage customer experience and internal marketing systems
- Analyze market and census data to inform strategy
- Coordinate and participate in community outreach and events
- Support development of marketing materials (print, digital, and outreach campaigns)
- Promote excellent customer service and uphold residents’ rights
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Participate in ongoing education and training
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Services, Public Relations, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, public relations, communications, or healthcare business development
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships across multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Flexible schedule with local travel as needed
- Positive and professional approach when working with residents, families, and staff
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn company systems
- Understanding of state and federal healthcare regulations preferred
- Healthcare marketing or liaison experience strongly preferred
