Salary: | HK$17,286 – HK$26,908 (HGPS point 2 - 9) per month including Monthly Allowance |
| Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. |
Key Responsibilities: To assist in day-to-day operational and supervisory function at Hospital level in the following areas:

Entry Requirements: | ||
1. (a) Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syllabus B), |

(b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below: |
| |
| (i) Level 2 in English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; and |
|
| (ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent; |
|
2. Ability to perform typing, word processing and / or Chinese word processing. |
|
Preferable Attributes / Exposure: | |
1. Experience in providing administrative support in hospital preferred. |
|
2. Knowledge of common office automation, PC applications and HA IT systems. |
|
3. Knowledge of Mandarin or other dialects is an advantage. |
|
4. Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills. |
|
5. Relevant experience. |
