Parts Counter Rep

Vermeer All Roads in Charlotte, NC is searching for an experienced Parts Counter Rep who will be responsible for coordinating and selling heavy equipment parts to internal and external customers. Schedule & Compensation:
- Base salary plus monthly commission for all in $60k+
- Full Time Monday - Friday schedule, no nights or weekends!

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts and provide accurate pricing
- Advise customers of companion part requirements and upsell specials
- Answer telephone, greet in person and answer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
- Support technicians by retrieving parts needed for existing work orders and ordering for future assignments
- Operate a forklift as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior experience in heavy duty or heavy equipment parts preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and assist team members
- Must be able to lift and transport materials 50-80lbs
- Valid driver's license
