The Marketing Specialist is critical to making this happen and key responsibilities of the role will include the following:
- Supporting the delivery of the segment’s marketing plan, including responsibility for setting objectives, a tactical plan and measuring performance, for specific initiatives
- Work with other team members to deliver effective marketing activity across owned and paid media that supports business or portfolio objectives
- Ensure key customer insights inform activity for this segment
- Business performance – contribute to delivering Marketing ROI and achieving business objectives
- Ongoing management and monitoring of marketing activity to optimise, report back, and ensure alignment to evolving business needs
- Managing the approvals process effectively and compliantly.
- Stakeholder management – communicating and managing requests from a range of stakeholders across ANZ
- Campaign management – supporting Senior/Marketing Managers with the development and delivery of effective creative and media for specific campaigns to meet portfolio objectives
- Financial management – budget management and achieving ROI targets where relevant
- Compliance – ensure initiatives are developed in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Risk management – ensuring initiatives are developed with all financial, reputational and operational risks effectively managed
