What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- You don’t need to know everything — curiosity, confidence, and a willingness to learn are just as important
- A genuine passion for helping customers and providing great service
- Experience in customer service or a contact centre (preferred, not essential)
- Confidence juggling multiple systems and learning new technology
- Resilience and adaptability when supporting a diverse range of customer needs
- A team-first mindset and a positive, can-do approach
- Availability to work weekends and evening shifts (up to 9:30PM)
