- Well‑developed leadership capability, with a proven track record in coaching and developing high‑performing teams, and the ability to lead others confidently through change and evolving ways of working.
- Demonstrated experience in setting direction and building capability through training, coaching, motivation and effective performance management.
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills, with the ability to build networks, influence outcomes and collaborate effectively to add value and drive positive customer outcomes.
- Strong critical thinker, able to manage competing demands and priorities, exercising sound judgement and decision‑making in complex environments.
- Confident in analysing and interpreting data and insights, translating complex information into clear, practical and effective solutions.
- Risk‑aware, with proven experience operating within a well‑managed business environment and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Solid understanding of business banking solutions and opportunities, with demonstrated financial analysis and decision‑making capability, and the judgement to balance customer needs, risk appetite and commercial outcomes.
