  • Business development and sales planning experience, demonstrating adaptability to change and a strong goal-focused approach.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team performance and development, fostering an inclusive environment and empowering others.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business management capability, paired with self-driven initiative to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills, ensuring collaboration and inclusivity across diverse teams.
  • Well-developed leadership skills and a growth mindset, with proven ability to lead through change and inspire others.
  • Previous banking experience, preferably in a retail branch environment, showcasing resilience and adaptability in dynamic settings.
  • Confidence using digital tools to enhance customer engagement, combined with leadership attributes to drive innovation and success.
