Reliability Engineer

Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations on equipment issues, developing corrective actions and monitoring their effectiveness Champion and standardize preventive and predictive maintenance practices across assigned sites to enhance equipment reliability Develop and update maintenance procedures and plans to optimize performance while reducing repair costs Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to identify and resolve long-term asset reliability risks Analyze diverse data sources to recommend and justify life-cycle cost improvements and reliability enhancements Support engineering, design, and project execution to ensure optimal equipment reliability and operability Conduct and assist with reliability assessments of facilities and equipment Apply Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous reliability improvements Assist in establishing reliability programs for new facilities and support critical spare parts identification and bill of materials creation Balance office and field work with a proactive approach, maintaining integrity and responsiveness including occasional off-hours availability
