Program Administrator I-CWA

DESCRIPTION AND QUALIFICATIONS Description Coordinate program activities, services, and implementation with private providers, governmental entities, and program users. Supervise subordinate personnel, including hiring, assigning work, training, monitoring performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions as needed. Develop, direct, and evaluate programs, ensuring alignment with agency and regional goals. Represent DCFS with federal, state, and local government units, the media, and private organizations. Provide technical assistance on agency issues, programs, and resources, including computer hardware/software when applicable. Coordinate community resources and services, placements, and referrals in collaboration with courts, providers, and other community partners. Use and facilitate the use of research and data to sustain or improve existing programs and optimize resource utilization. Assist the Regional Director with all assigned duties and initiatives to achieve regional objectives.
