Supervisor - Maintenance - Electrical Maintenance

Qualifications and experience.

 

• University degree in Electrical or related field (A1 or A0)
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance
• Experience in a mining or industrial environment
• Experience supervising technical teams
• Good knowledge of MV/LV electrical equipment
• Experience in underground mine maintenance is an asset

 

Technical skills

 

• Mastering industrial electricity and power grids
• Interpret complex electrical and electronic schematics
• Diagnosing and maintaining electric motors
• Mastering circuit breakers, contactors and protective relays
• Understanding Variable Speed Drives and Control Systems
• Perform electrical fault diagnostics
• Using infrared thermography and interpreting the results
• Using electrical measuring devices
• Analyzing power grids
• Use supervision systems and understand alarms
• Use CMMS tools
• Use technical software (AutoCAD, SEE Electrical, etc.)
