Job Description

We now have an exciting leadership opportunity for a Sales Manager role in NSW. Reporting to our National Sales Manager, this role will be leading a team of 10 direct reports. We are looking for a commercially astute, people savvy and technically competent Sales Manager to lead and develop our NSW sales team, to further embed our strategy and to drive sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities include: Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Drive revenue, gross margin, and profit growth across the NSW region Build and execute the state sales strategy aligned with national objectives Provide technical guidance and commercial support to the team and customers Lead the implementation of strategic pricing and value-based selling approaches Deliver accurate forecasting, sales reporting, and pipeline management Act as a culture carrier and role model of Spirax Sarco’s values and behaviours
