Campus Maintenance

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Perform general maintenance and minor repairs in and around campus. Responsible for the general cleanliness and
appearance of the entire facility. Initiate work requests to the maintenance department through the principal, on any repairs
that are beyond their capability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certification:
High school diploma or Equivalent preferred
Valid Texas driver's license

Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Knowledge of routine maintenance and repair procedures
Ability to communicate effectively (verbally)
Ability to operate hand and power tools
Ability to work independently
Must be dependable and punctual
Must have the ability to properly lift, from floor to shoulder level and carry at least 80 lbs.

Experience:
One year experience in general maintenance preferred

WORK SCHEDULE: 260 Days
SALARY: Pay Grade 4 / Auxiliary Hiring Schedule Position will remain posted until filled.
