Qualifications and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Employee Relations or a related field.
- Proven experience in a business partnering role including working with executive and senior level management
- Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders at multiple levels
- Commercially astute with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Highly adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Communication, problem solving, and relationship building will all be critical to your success in this role, as will your skills in engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders to influence outcomes.
- Experience with case management and disciplinary processes essential.
- SuccessFactors experience would be highly advantageous.
