
Senior Business Support Officer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Offer comprehensive administrative support inclusive of SLT diary management, management of travel and logistics, expense reconciliation and ad hoc administration support
- Manage complex documentation, coordinating high-level onsite meetings and visits, and preparing detailed reports.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives. - Lead or contribute to projects aimed at improving business operations and processes.
- Organise internal events, training sessions, and conferences
- Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Act as the key liaison with other departments (i.e. People Operations for mobilisation, flights & accommodation, Office Management, Information Management - document control / SharePoint)
- Purchasing Administrative tasks i.e. Purchase Order generation, Invoice reconciliation
