About the Position:
We are looking for a Healt Specialist to join the Medical Services team, reporting directly to the Emergency Response Supervisor .
This position is based at our office in Tepotzotlan, México.
As theHealt Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible to provides advanced medical care and support during emergency situations. They work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure rapid response, patient stabilization, and ongoing assessment in high-pressure environments.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Deliver emergency medical care and advanced life support during critical incidents.
- Assess patient condition, provide triage, and initiate appropriate intervention.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each case.
- Operate emergency medical equipment (defibrillators, ventilators, etc.).
- Collaborate with paramedics, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families on aftercare and health management.
- Participate in ongoing training and simulations for readiness.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in [relevant jurisdiction]
- Certification in Advanced Life Support (ALS) or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (mandatory)
- Minimum [X] years of experience in emergency/critical care, trauma, or pre-hospital settings
- Experience in emergency response environments preferred
- Strong proficiency with emergency medical equipment and protocols
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
